Description
Sellers benefit because their properties are exposed to brokers who have a track record of buyer-side closings, even if the broker does not bring a buyer to the showing.
Listing brokers benefit because (1) they can create on-demand activity for a property, (2) specific and blunt feedback from another Top100Agent helps sellers understand the need to reduce price or improve condition, and (3) these advantages can be touted by Top100Agents members during listing presentations to earn more business.
As a Top100Agents member, when you show other brokers' properties, you earn points. You can then offer these points to motivate other members to show your listings. The point system ensures that the more you help other agents, the more help you will receive.
