Jessica Yoo received a Bachelor of Arts degree from New York University and a Juris Doctorate from Georgetown University Law Center.

Shortly after graduating from law school, Jessica served as Counsel to the United States Senate Committee on Commerce, Science, and Transportation. At the Senate, she worked closely with the Chairman of the Committee, United States Senator John McCain.

As Committee Counsel, Jessica advised Senator McCain on a variety of issues related to the communications industry, helping to shape public policy affecting many of the nation’s largest companies. She organized Senate hearings covered by C-SPAN and such leading publications as The New York Times and The Washington Post, and met frequently with government officials to oversee implementation of federal laws. Jessica was publicly recognized and thanked by the Senate Majority Leader for her efforts in helping to effect the enactment of groundbreaking e-commerce legislation. She was regularly invited to speak at conferences and delivered speeches before various trade associations and think tanks.
