What (summary)
Create different options for users in regards to how they receive email notifications on watched pages.
Why this is important
People (even employees) do not currently understand how the watchlist notification works and may want different choices in the way they receive emails.

Options to include should be:
- Receive an email for every single edit that is made to a watched page.
- Receive an email for an edit to a watched page. No further emails will be received until you go to the page and another edit is made thereafter. (STATUS QUO)
- Receive an email at the end of each day showing either all of the watched pages that were edited, or showing each edit that was made to each watched page. (Maybe these are two separate options?)
- More possible options?
