What (summary)
Why this is important
Hot linked images can be changed without any review by the community. It's a sort of "security hole" that could expose us to some embarrassment down the road.
DoneDone
- When a link to an external image is encountered at page save
- The external image is automatically uploaded by the saving user
- The page for the newly uploaded image is edited to reflect the origin of the image and a question about whether it is appropriately licensed or not
- The link is converted from the external link, to the internal link for the newly uploaded image
