What (summary)

Create tarball dumps of AboutUs database and make database dumps available for download. Database dumps should include complete text of current versions of all AboutUs articles. Database dumps should also include complete edit-history metadata.

Why this is important

Both Wikipedia and Wikia provide free database dumps available under the GNU Free Documentation License.
