ADBZRPG is one of the few options currently available to people wanting to play DBZ RPG's. While the mechanics of the game itself do seem a tad over-complicated, ADBZRPG usually has a steady ten members, with an additional ten or so members coming and going. There have been reports of the site owner, known as Zarbon on the site, as being quite heavy handed in his dealings with his members, which may contribute to the constant flow of new members joining, and then subsequently leaving within a short time frame. While ADBZRPG does provide a pleasant realm with which to roleplay in the Dragonball Z universe, you might want to consider searching around for another option. * posted by LegnaKrad on Sept 12, 2007, 1:50 PM

While searching through the roster and site menu's, I have found that the site has over 50 members instead of the 10 to 20 as stated in the previous review. It seems that this site is currently feuding with another, less popular, site of similar nature which might actually contribute to the said users joining and leaving within the short time frame. I would probably recommend this site to others based on the history section on the about us page, though I have not played at the game myself. TomBrady2k9 Sept 13, 2007, 3:29 PM

:The site itself is not frequently updated concerning the member roster. Based on activity on the message board, where the majority of the game is played, there is roughly 10-20 members. The current fued mentioned has no bearing on the first review's statement of a constant flow of members. The fued caused a number of members to leave, which could be responsible for the drop in total member numbers, but it is has no bearing on the stream of members coming and going. As to the history of the site, that is not a good indication on whether or not to join, as parts of the history are exaggerated, and other parts entirely false. Specifically, the claims that the site was created when DBZ RPGs were uncommon and that it's predecessors were legendary are exaggerations which stem entirely from the opinion of the site owner, while the claim that the site is a founding father of DBZ RPG's is entirely false. Alexs has been around for going on a decade, and no matter what reviews or complaints Alex receives it doesn't change the fact this is the OLDEST dbz rpg i've found to be still in existence.  Their IS a feud currently going on,  but it spawns from the incessant member stealing and rip offs from the young upstart site.  This history has been unfairly edited and deleted, which i'm going on the record of saying.  LegnaKrad, the previous reviewer, has been reported to both Invision and Aim due to his continual harassment of members and the board.  He tends to spam long winded posts, and then edit them out after the first couple of responses.  In closing.  Alexs is a board of legendary and longstanding proportions and deserves respect, not to be brow beaten and harassed because of unsavory types that troll the net.  -Rem (of alexs class of 1999)

:The age and longevity, and I've said this ten or more times, has never been refuted, even though you nor Alex provide any proof or references to back your claims (and no, I am not asking for proof. I don't care about the age or longevity of ADBZRPG, that has never been the point of ANY of my arguements.). The history of the site has been unfairly and unaccurately represented by Alex. Calling his site the founding father of DBZ RPG's is a fallacy, especially when you consider Alex's own history mentions two sites that came before his. As for reporting me to AIM and Invision, I don't know why you and/or Alex continue to consider mere conversation as harrasment, but whatever. I have some of the members who DO agree with what my posts (that Alex deleted, not me) said, on my AIM account, so clearly not everyone of Alex's site blindly believes whatever Alex feeds them.Legna Krad.
