Title
Cut Order Planning Software for Apparel Manufacturers:CUTPLAN
Description
AMS Inc.'s first CUTPLAN installation was in 1978 and contained specific customized modules to meet the cut order planning needs of the first customer. As CUTPLAN grew in popularity, additional functions were added for a wider and wider range of manufacturing scenarios. Added were section width optimization, customized multi-plant material usage reporting, contract management, cut order accumulation, bunch payment coupons, accumulation/automatic generation of lining and panel cuts, overcut and cutdown capabilities, fabric roll allocation, and many more. The needs of our increasing numbers of customers shaped and informed the development process.
Today CUTPLAN is used by leading manufacturers not only of tailored clothing, khakis, jeans, shirts, sportswear and uniforms, but also of hand bags, travel bags, and industrial mesh.
With each new installation, AMS continues to put its development team in the service of the customer. Should you become a customer, you will participate in the customization and functionality of your CUTPLAN system. We pride ourselves on the fact that we will fulfill any request for customization that can be defined.
