Anyone is allowed to join a Community task ; but, there is one person who is the Task Leader.

The Task Lead's job is

Making sure enough people are brought in, whether that be staff or community members.
Someone to respond to questions for the task and for the task evaluator to ask questions.
Someone that makes sure the wiki page is edited with update information.
Make sure the Task gets all DoneDone finished by the end of the date.

This makes sure that the task gets finished.
