: {{NotYet}} I agree with Ward's comments below. The policy is ok if it vests over a couple of years. Beyond that, I also think that while this could be a useful policy, that AboutUs resources would be better suited to first provide other employee benefits, especially health insurance and a better living wage. Additionally, there needs to be more definition on "full time employees." How long do you have to be "full time"? Does this include contract employees who work 40+ hour weeks? If you were a contract employee or intern for 3 months, and then became a "full time employee" then do you qualify?
