- Welcome to the home of the Elberta Volunteer Fire Department online! The EVFD currently protects an estimated 6,734 citizens within its fire jurisdiction. Our department consists of 32 volunteer members, 3 stations, and 9 apparatus. To contact any of our firefighters, check out the Personnel page. If you live or work in Elberta and have an interest in joining our department, we hold training meetings every Monday night at 7PM at our Main Station behind Elberta Town Hall. We are always looking for new recruits, so come by and fill out an application. Also, please feel free to leave your mark in our guestbook, or post a message on our message board.
