Battpit sent me a defective item. After calling them numerous times with no answer, I did some research. Battpit sent me a defective item. After calling them numerous times with no answer, I did some research. I found out that they used to be called laptopcharge.com and must have changed their name due to lawsuits or ?? http://www.ripoffreport.com/reports/0/334/RipOff0334541.htm I would not recommend them. They wont return call, and I suspect they will only return the call after the 30day scenario is done and then argue that 30days are up.. I suggest NOONE use this company or variations of the company in case they change the name again
