Not Good Enough (NGE) is an Australian Customer Complaints website and online Dispute Resolution Service operating in Australia and New Zealand - and around the world.
At Not Good Enough, we publish consumer feedback - bad and good - about products, services and events. With our alliance partner BrandAide Communications, NGE assists companies to listen and respond to their customers. Our results driven approach is intended to create a win all round.
Over the years, Fiona has become well known for her provocative opinion editorials in The Age, The Australian, Herald Sun and AFR. With Professor Dale Spender, Fiona's other research interests include the identification and commercialisation of Intellectual Property in the global education market.
