- Web Atwell, President, formed Atwell Development in 1989. His experience began with project management, estimating and scheduling in residential / commercial construction and remodeling with Duddy-Viele Construction in Vail, Colorado. From 1985 to 1988 he was responsible for more than 10 projects that are now valued from $2+ million dollar luxury homes to $40 million dollar retail/commercial/housing projects in the Vail Village and Beaver Creek. To round out his experience in construction as well as real estate, Web was a broker associate for Slifer Real Estate. He is currently a licensed Broker and member of the Vail Board of Realtors.
