Description
I am a friend of languages. I am curious and open-minded and I consider languages as bridges between cultures. Today, they are more like "bridges over trouble waters" because people are connecting less, in spite of the tremendous possibilities they are offered.
I learned and gained fluency in seven languages. I know there are people out there who speak much more than that fluently. They deserve my respect and admiration. I am still learning new languages and hope to be like them one of these days. Language learning is a hobby, a passion and a great way to connect with people.
As most people with a real passion will tell you, their joy is not complete until they have shared this with the rest of the planet. Do you have a stamp collector among your friends? Then you know what I mean.
