- Meetingwire was founded in 1999. After decades of work in corporate training and marketing, our founders felt that online events, streaming media, workgroup collaboration, and community building were areas where businesses were underserved. Not only underserved in products, solutions, and services offered, but offered very little information about the usefulness of these tools for distributing information and building image and loyalty.
