                Dear Sir

I am writing to you in regards

to a doctor that has commited fraud. He

had offered a product used to inhance

your lips that would be the longest

            lasting on the market today.

So, with that I decided that I

would try this product because, he told

me that this product would last anywhere

from 2 years to 8 years.

I had this procedure done last

March and it didn't even last 6 months I

believe that he commited fraud. I also

had to endure pain and suffering as the

procedure was done incorrectly. He had

many patients that day and was in a big

hurry when he came to work on me. The

anesetisa had already worn off, and they

had to numb the area again. He put product

in the canals under my nose, which I had

not given him permission to do. I had to

come back and he squeezed out some of the

product with not anesetisa to try and fix

my fat lip. I had many people asking me

what happened, I did not know how to

answer them. It cost me $1600.00 and I got

nothing for my money except pain and when

I asked for restatution, he would not call

me back and I wrote several letters.

So please let everyone know about

this so they won't have to go through the

            same ordeal as me.

I am going to make him aware

that I wrote this letter and how he won't

be doing this to anyone else, if I can

            help it.
