Lures you in, then doesn't deliver!

Shutterfly is infamous for offering special offers for purchasing their services or bundling their service in with another product, then having the offer expire before you use it. What bonehead came up with screwing paying customers as a sound business strategy? Not honoring purchased offers is not the same as expired offers that were free to start with (not offered in conjuction with an exchange of money). Let's hope Shutterfly gets this through their thick heads before their customer base completes its migration to Flikr, SmugMug, Kodak/Ofoto and their 100+ other competitors.
