Whitelist certain pages for advertisements.

In order to drive revenue we need to add advertisements to more pages.

Show google ad sense ads on all pages that are in Category:Ok for all Audiences or any casespace variant thereof.
Bonus: add a flag to the flagging interface that works the same way as Category:PossibleAdultContent
Bonus: add a random button for pages that are in recentchanges but are not in Category:Ok for all Audiences nor Category:PossibleAdultContent

Remove category: Ok for all audiences if category possible adult content is set.
