These are articles that might be in various stages of work, from needing to be started to just finishing touches.
NeedsReview
Articles that have been worked on and are to be reviewed to ensure that they are at "DoneDone" status.
NeedsWork
(Not sure that this category is going to be used, putting it here for now as a placeholder until it can be discussed further.) Articles that have been written, reviewed and just need a little more polish.
DoneDone
Articles that have been deemed "DoneDone" for the current needs of the project and can be crossed off our lists. YEAH!
