There are no charges for the runtime files or programs. No registration required. No download limits.
Devices with displays that have a screen resolution over 240x320 (QVGA) do screen doubling. The programs work on QVGA (240x320 pxl)and WVGA (480x800 pxl) devices. Tested on Windows Mobile 3 to 6.5
