Description
David Reid has been hand binding books for 32 years. A tradition handed down from generation to the next. Jack Reid, father of David, was a hand bookbinder for 30 years. Bookbinding is a true craft that through the centuries has held its place in time. Although many binderies today are machine working and mass-produced losing the quality that only a true craftsman is able to maintain through hand binding. David Reid is a true craftsman.
Specializing in custom hand bookbinding, book repair, book restoration, thesis binding, bible repair, dissertations binding, magazine and journal binding. He also offers custom slipcases, gold and color foil stamping as well as addition binding 1-1,000.
