We realized that we’d grown and evolved so much over the years, that our name and identity didn’t suit us anymore. So we developed Instream, and the results have been inspiring. Now we have an image that suits our personality, and our clients get the best of both worlds: a billing service with over 30 years of experience that has a rejuvenated, energized feel.
Instream is the new identity for Critical Health Systems’ comprehensive anesthesia billing service. With a history in anesthesia billing since 1969, Instream employees based in Columbia, SC and Raleigh, NC provide billing services to over 85 anesthesiologists in 14 facilities in the Carolinas.
We realize that our competitors offer services similar to ours. It’s our approach to anesthesia billing that makes us different. We are physician-oriented, which means we tailor our service to fit the needs and preferences of our clients. It also means that we go beyond just handling our clients’ billing; we also keep them updated on legislation, regulations, or any other news that may affect them and their practice. We realize that people become physicians because they want to treat patients, not because they want to deal with paperwork and billing issues. Our goal is to help our clients enjoy their practice again.
