Why?
The FeatureMeNominated process works, but has gotten a bit convoluted (lots of noise) and can be streamlined to point people to what they want (to nominate a page, to add thoughts on potentials, and to just see what's in the queue).
Done When
Each of these task have been completed. The FeaturedContent project still is in operation, this is just a one-and-done to support the process/project in place.
