About Mind-Body Connection
Mind-Body Connection in Cooper City, Florida brings together the core disciplines of self discovery and fitness under one roof. About the Owner
Eileen Owoc has been a resident of Cooper City, FL for more than 25 years. She firmly believes at the core of all beings, there is a mind, body and soul. She has created a relaxing atmosphere where one may take a Pilates, yoga or meditation class and much more. Workshops are a very rewarding experience.
