Intro
Meetings are a great place to create the culture of a company.
AboutUs is a fun, vibrant & engaged place to work–let's carry this culture through to the meetings.
Suggestion
- Establish some ground rules for meetings:
- Every meeting has a facilitator.
- Every meeting has a facilitator.
Teach facilitation skills. Suggestion: 4 folks take a 1hour facilitation workshop. They then, teach 2 others the skills they learned.
