After six successful years in business, drawing increased client demand for more complex support with the resultant staff additions, Surnoskie Office Services incorporated and we became Benchmark Call Centre Inc.
With a strong commitment to current clients and a mission to attract international clients with our multi-lingual capabilities, we continue to offer telemarketing, Customer Relationship Management (CRM), e-commerce, as well as customized contact centre set up and consulting, human resources and training services.
