Because the "Review" box has been officially done away with, the bot is now moving this information onto the bottom of article pages that had active review pages. When this happens, the article is put into the category "reviews needs patrolling". Patrollers then go to those pages to move the review to the appropriate place (under "additional information" and above "related domains"), and remove the category. The same process is happening with the category "discussion needs patrolling"- information pulled from the old discussion tabs.

In short, discussion tab information now goes under the Discussion, and review box information goes under Community Reviews on the main article page.
