Prior to joining Klug Paul + Partner, Dr. Klug was Project Manager at an HR consulting firm in Cologne. Before that, he was internal expert in selection, talent management and development with an international facility management company. Earlier, he worked as assistant, lecturer, and research fellow at the Institute for Psychology in Medicine at the University of Mainz. He also worked as research assistant in a project dealing with objective personality tests sensu Cattell at the University of Trier Psychology Department.
