About Rachel Stark
I am passionate about people realising their own potential. Being truthful to themselves, as well as those around them. As well as supporting people through letting go of physical clutter and baggage, I will use my skills to work with clients on life issues. I have extensively decluttered my own life, in more ways than one, and am committed to my ongoing personal development.
As an environmentalist and green campaigner, I care deeply about the world we live in and our impact on it. I will offer practical ideas and solutions for finding new homes for your unwanted items.
My skills in decluttering and effective organisation have been acquired over the years. Through running my Soft Furnishings and Design business for over 8 years, and an accumulation of experience, practice and learning. My own home is in no way a temple to minimalist living, but as a friend recently remarked: "Everything looks as if it was placed deliberately and with care". I have trained in Advanced Coaching and Mentoring with Global Resonance. I am also an experienced co-counsellor with many hours spent working one to one on many varieties of issues.
