Your system of community contribution is a bit different from one's I am used to. As a result, I am writing to confirm the next steps.

If I would like to contribute an article (blog post), do I suggest a topic, or do I "claim" a topic on the http://www.aboutus.org/Tsunami page and then start writing? How does it work?

For instance, I think I can write a good article about http://www.aboutus.org/NoFollow_vs_DoFollow_links_on_your_site

Should I just start writing?
