- Assyrus, ha realizzato un framework di gestione dei problemi (trouble ticket) denominata Problem Place. La piattaforma è stata progettata per gestire ticket multi-azienda problem solver e multi-azienda problem maker. Il sistema traccia il problema aperto che viene poi assegnato, preso in carico, eseguito e chiuso dagli operatori. L’assegnazione avviene tramite la creazione di gruppi, zone di competenza e associazioni problemi-gruppi.
