This has been mostly resolved. Outstanding issues:
- There are still around 200 users who map to the same casespace name. compost/script/rename_user_duplicates.rb has renamed several thousand of them, but for some reason there are still 200 that can't be renamed.
- For many lowercase users, the User: and User_talk: pages were created with uppercase names. This is confusing when you click on contributions or block.
- There are still users who have leading or trailing whitespace ... need to rename their accounts ... e.g., yulan_
- Many User: and User_talk: pages haven't been created ... ensure that every user has one
