Band History
Dementia is an underground heavy metal band from Lahore Pakistan.
While jamming for the Battle of Bands at LSE, it was a case of meeting the right people at the right time.Even though the Battle of Bands got canceled due to administrative reasons the band found a common ground to start their own project by the name of Dementia in around December 2007
Dementia has not performed live yet, they have been concentrating on original songs and their demo album. They released their first single Try to die and got a favorable and zealous response from the underground community. This debut venture boasts some solid riffs and heavy harmonics;the song was recorded and produced on their home computer; sounds good nonetheless.
Their second single Plague will be released soon, Slash meets Sabbath;dare say this sounds better then the first one.Looks like the band is going uphill. with compositions lined up one after the other, here's one band very active and passionate to deliver. Will they sign a record deal? Yes they say. Would they do a duet with Princes Annie?Hell no.
How soon will their album be churned out and how well it goes down with the masses is something to look forward to.However , their main challenge will be to perform well live; only then will their true colors and talent be revealed.
