At Peer1.com as Co-Founder and Executive Chairman
- Lance had always been a technology enthusiast. He co-founded Sutton Group Realty Services, Internet Direct, E-xact Transactions and Bryght.com.
- In December 2005, he took over Peer1 as president and chief executive officer.
