What (summary)
The ability to redirect a group of pages to one all at once. The pages needing redirection would be entered by hand.
ex. redirect Portland, Oregon and Arts, Portland, OR Arts, and Arts Portland, OR to The Arts in Portland, Oregon
Why this is important
For CommonAnswers we need to redirect a variety of variations on a search term to one page. This task occurs very often and would be made much more efficient if we could do all necessary redirects at once.
Steps to ReadyToPrioritize
- What is the expected behavior when a page already contains content that is intended to be redirected?
DoneDone
When we can enter a list of pages we want redirected to a certain page and all redirects are added to these pages in the system.
Internal usage only, probably a Compost thing (whole UI)
