What (summary)
Require a Captcha on save for anonymous edits and at that time suggest that they create a login to avoid the Captcha on future saves.
Also give the option to simply give and e-mail address to be informed if the page is editted by others. It will be important to make sure this feature isn't "gameable" by those trying to spam others.
Why this is important
- Encourage folks to Login
- Reduce Spam

Notes
Captcha does not need to be Military Grade, we don't want to make it too difficult and anonymous edits are still important
