She has a B.B.A. from Andrews University with an emphasis in Marketing, partially completed minors in everything from web design to political science, and interned with the Southwest Michigan Symphony Orchestra. Her greatest professional accomplishment was planning the grand opening event for an orthopedic clinic. Erin loves her overweight cat Lola, Scrabble, and the delicious partnership of chocolate and hazelnut.
