- Set up a library of books that will add value to our knowledge-base of technologies we use at aboutus.

- Rails, Ruby, PHP, Mediawiki, JavaScript, JQuery, Firebug
- Apache, MySql, Dev_tools, Git, VIM, Capistrano, SSL
- Test::Unit, Compost, Lucene, Memcache, Rake, EC2/S3
- Do-ocracy
- Be proactive in take initiatives to add value to the company if and when possible. Try to optimize the level of effort required and the benefit to the site.
- Hold 30 min tech talks on each of the core technologies daily during Brandon's stay in Lahore.
