Recently I was in Owensboro, KY, and three of us visited the Applebee's Restaurant there. I had told my two friends about the "unlimited combo" and the three of us ordered from that area of the menu. We were not informed that it was not "unlimited." When we were presented with our bill we were surprised that we were charged for an extra combo and two extra soups which we had ordered. When we questioned it, we were informed that this particular Applebee's was not owned by the same group which operates the Applebee's in Lexingtona and that they do not offer the "unlimited combo." I feel like that the ads I have been seeing on TV are false advertising if this combo is not offered at all Applebee's Restaurants as the public is not aware of what group operates which restaurants. | ||

RE: The Dramartization commercial: This is really in bad taste! Please pull this commercial immediately. And while you are at it, fire the 22 year old "Genius:" that thought this cheap sensational advertisement sceme up and get back to basics, It makes you look really desperate.
WHY IS A $5.00 BONUS CARD GOT IN DALLAS AREA ONLY GOOD IN THAT AREA? MY SON SENT TO ME (IN THE PHOENIX AREA) TWO OF THESE CARDS AND I WAS NOT ABLE TO USE THEM AS I WAS NOT IN DALLAS.
MY OTHER SON WHO LIVES IN THE CHICAGO AREA SENT ME A $5.00 BONUS CARD THAT I CAN USE AT CHILLIS, MACARONI GRILL, ON THE BORDER, AND MAGGIANO'S ANY WHERE IN THE UNITED STATES!!!!!!!!.
AS WE HAVE AN APPLEBEES NEAR WHERE WE LIVE WE ARE THERE QUITE FREQUENTLY AND MY SON KNOWS THIS AND THAT IS WHY HE SENT TWO OF YOUR CARDS TO ME WHICH I WAS NOT ABLE TO USE.
I SUGGEST YOU CHANGE YOUR POLICY SO THAT YOU CAN COMPETE WITH WHAT THE CHILLIS PEOPLE DO.
I WOULD APPRECIATE AN ANSWER TO MY COMMENTS.
