Project:
Description
Start emailing 10 or so PortlandTech companies a day (that fit our definition of "core customer") about the PortlandTech portal. Track the variants of the emails so we can see which emails get the best responses.
Why?
- Engages our core customer
- Promotes the portal
- Evokes people who care about Portland Technology to taking an action:
- Adding themselves to an email list of updates
- Adding their events to the calendar
- Get them to edit their own pages
- Etc.
- This is also the first step in building a community around the portal as well as a first step in handing the portal (once finished) over to the Community Team to manage/nurture.
