Assuming Good Faith is a core value at AboutUs. It means that we act on the assumption that everyone who makes an edit or creates a page is doing so to provide relevant, accurate information. No matter the change, we give people the benefit of the doubt and trust that they have come to build, not break, AboutUs.

We realize that everyone makes mistakes, and the nature of a wiki makes it easy to correct them. We must engage people who make unconstructive edits and explain our standards, acceptable practices, and work to understand their intent. After all, one of the most basic and exciting things about it is that you can learn new ways of using wiki from anyone, anywhere.
