(12hrs) Create Angel Only Pro Forma (Julia, Ray)
Description - A complete description of the task.
Create projections that don't include raising Series A so we can determine if we can get to a profitable state without raising any more money.
Why? - The business reason for the work.
This supports the Fundraising project.
This task represents another possible & potentially viable direction we can go & we should fully explore the potential of not taking on VC investment.
Done When - A complete description of the expected results.
This task will be done when a full proforma is created & can support discussion on the viability of not raising Series A.
Discussion - A place for everyone to discuss the task and its progress.

I started working on this project in the previous iteration...on 6 September. I spent almost a week working out how to get access to payroll information to create accurate projections. Most of my time in the last iteration was spent waiting. This iteration, I spent about 8 hours working on it over 2 days.
The project went well & showed interesting results.
The project is done in that it is ready to support discussion.
I am sure that there will be changes as we answer the following questions:
- Lahore staffing plan
- Lahore wages... are we paying "industry standard" wages?
- Traffic growth predictions for angel only plan... Are they too aggressive?
And discuss in general.
I think this should be an "ongoing task" but declared "done" for this iteration.
