Description
In 1994, it became obvious that ALPHEA needed a permanent source of knowledge and analysis capable of fulfilling three major missions at a national level:
Officially created on 16th April 1996, the Pôle de Compétences sur l'Hydrogène (Hydrogen Center of Expertise) was installed in the Parc d'Activités Forbach-Ouest in Forbach.
Ansaldo Fuel Cells SpA (AFCo), an Italian Corporation, has been de-merged from Ansaldo Ricerche Srl (ARI), a Finmeccanica company acting since over 10 years in the development of fuel cell technology.
