Title
Fire, Steel & Rust - Sculpture by David Taylor
Description
A native of Plattsburgh, New York and a retired general dentist, Dave has been creating metal sculpture for the past twenty years.
Intrigued by the possibilities of various shapes and materials, he has moved from found car bumpers, farm machinery and old tools, to fabrication from sheet metal and rod -- all the time projecting the humor and whimsy that underlines his feelings about his art. "This is supposed to be fun! Look at the world through my eyes and enjoy!"
Dave is presently represented by galleries and also shows his work at art and craft shows in the Eastern states. His sculptures are held in private and corporate collections in the US, Canada and Europe.
