Mission
The Family Pride Coalition (FPC) has for 25 years been the only national non-profit organization solely dedicated to equality for lesbian, gay, bisexual and transgender (LGBT) parents and their families. Headquartered in Washington, D.C., FPC supports nearly 200 membership-based LGBT parenting groups nationwide with a base of 35,000 supporters.
Our Members
Members of the Family Pride Coalition represent a wide spectrum of those committed to equality for lesbian, gay, bisexual and transgender parents and their families. We are formerly married, considering parenthood, parenting, and awaiting adoption. Our families are adoptive, foster, co-parented, and blended. We include individuals, parenting groups, and families across the country made up of men and women who are lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender, straight, and questioning. We are also fortunate to include grandparents, aunts, uncles, straight spouses, neighbors, co-workers, clergy, professionals and companies committed to offering support in this family movement.
We welcome and celebrate each and every one and encourage you to join and invite others to join us as we fight to create a just, safe and welcoming world for our selves and our children.
