Intelligent Land Investments
The concept of Intelligent Land Investments (ILandI) is a simple one. ILandI and planning consultants engaged by them identify land which has not yet been allocated by the relevant local authority for housing. ILandI secures the development land and works towards achieving planning permission for residential development. If planning permission is obtained there will be a significant increase in value. ILandI believes that private investors will respond to an opportunity to earn a proportion of the returns from land investment which are often the remit solely of large developers and pension funds. Over the years, land, as an investment opportunity, has outperformed many other traditional investments that may be within a private investor’s portfolio. In recent years, the rising value of land has coincided with a fluctuating stock market and low interest rates
Furthermore, ILandI believe that many investors are looking away from traditional investment opportunities and are looking for alternatives, some of which may carry increased risks but which have the potential to provide returns that may surpass the return on investments in the stock market, bonds & gilts or commodities.
Land has proven to be one of the most robust and resilient investment opportunities over the last decade. One of the greatest potential returns available in respect of investment in land is from land which was Greenfield but which has been redesignated as suitable for residential development and in respect of which planning permission has been granted.
Until now, large property development companies have been in a far stronger position than most individuals when it comes to investing in land. In most instances, investment in land development is a long term project and large property developers often have the advantage of being able to devote a significant amount of time, money and effort to finding suitable profitable opportunities. They also normally have substantial funding available which allows them to buy the land and then to hold it for the long periods of time which maximises the chances of its value rising. ILandI is seeking to offer private investors like you, the same type of opportunity.

- Wow,talk about potential! this site has potential that just quite hasnt been reached. There is an opportunity here to really develop the page due to the wealth of information that you have. Try expanding the more information section to include some text, even if it is brief. This will help fill out the page better and inform visitors to this wiki page about your company.
