HEDB Inc is operated by a volunteer board of directors, an Executive Director, and an Executive Assistant. Throughout the year, additional support staff is provided through federally and provincially funded programs and through the work placements from the region's post-secondary educational institutions. The staff works closely with the local development agencies, government and the private sector, to identify opportunities in the Humber zone.
