I have been asked by many to share my story. Well, here goes! First of all, I want to thank all the people that have helped me get to this point. My God, My Wife, My friends, and my Chiropractor! I went to a golf outing during the summer of 2003, and the photo below was taken. At the time, I was 471 lbs - embarrassing! But, that's all behind me now. I knew I had to do something, but had tried everything like alot of people who are overweight.
