Float Guard™

Description

pulled from site's meta description

Sump pump float switches often become hung-up on the sump pump, and cause the pump to run continuously. A correctly operating float switch rises with the water level and signals for the tank to pump out once the float switch reaches an upright position. If the float switch becomes tangled on the sump pump the float switch remains in an upright position and signals for a continuous pump out. The continuous pumping may go unnoticed in an outside tank. This will shorten the life of your sump pump while heightening your electric bill. To prevent the float switch from becoming tangled, you can simply place Float Guard over the sump pump.
