If you get email with these links in it delete it your on a scam/phisher list somewhere and unless you know how to report with headers properly ... your out of luck although even if you can actually find where the forgery is originating from .. they will probably find another site/isp to forge from.
It is a shame that these people are so bored and don't have a real life they have to jam e-mails and never get thrown in jail!
